Terms of Service

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping or automated data collection, no interference with site security, and no unlawful use. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

We work to describe our products accurately, but colours, dimensions and photography are approximate and may differ slightly from the item delivered. Specifications may change as we improve the product. PurrBox is a pet-care accessory and is not a medical or veterinary device.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change at any time; promotional pricing applies only while the promotion runs. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline, and we may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or stock error with a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors. Any applicable taxes or import duties are shown at checkout or, where charged on delivery, payable by the customer.

You may request cancellation before your order ships by emailing purrbox.info@gmail.com. As a consumer you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the goods, with no justification required, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Italian Codice del Consumo. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Consumers benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by Italian and EU law. If the product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund as the law requires.

The PurrBox name, logo, product photography, copy and site design are owned by Filippo Alesci or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under Italian or EU law.

These terms are governed by Italian law, and EU consumer protection standards apply to all customers regardless of their location. Consumers resident in the EU may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence; otherwise the courts of Italy have jurisdiction. Before going to court, you may contact us at purrbox.info@gmail.com to resolve the matter amicably, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
